CAB•Chat provides information only. CAB•Chat takes what you ask to search trusted information sources and provide information that appears relevant to your question. The information sources include the national Citizens Advice website and Welsh Government-funded AdviceLink Cymru site which, between them, provide information and practical templates and tool kits. You may find it provides you with everything you need to tackle your problem yourself.
What CAB•Chat IS NOT
CAB•Chat is not an Adviser or a live connection to an Adviser or a way of contacting our office. It should not be used to share personal information and is configured to automatically remove any personal information from transcripts before they are received or stored by us.
