We are proud to announce our new, specially commissioned for CAB Ceredigion Citizens Advice, self-help information service.
Forget Google-AI and Chatgpt, this is CAB-Chat. It has been specifically developed for our clients and communities. It has been trained to understand what matters to you and is linked to authoritative, quality-assured information sources, including locally specific services, rather than offering a generic sweep of the worldwide web!
CAB-Chat was developed by Wales-based technology business Webjects for our colleagues at Swansea Neath Port Talbot Citizens Advice. It has now been customised for roll-out by local Citizens Advice across Wales – including us in Ceredigion.
To be clear, CAB-Chat can’t give advice. Tailoring information to people’s own individual circumstances and priorities is where our highly skilled Advisers come in. Their skills remain irreplaceable. But CAB-Chat can provide information, in super-fast time, to help you understand and start tackling a problem yourself. And, as is often the case, the problem turns out to be bigger or more complicated than you originally thought, our Advisers are still here to make sure you have all the information and can give the advice and practical support you might need to act on it.
