- Approval of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Receipt of the Chair’s report
- Receipt and adoption of the Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended March 2025
- To appoint and/or re-appoint trustees (who shall also serve as directors of the Company)
- Any other business properly brought before the meeting
