Ceredigion Citizens Advice are part of a national Claim What's Yours campaign to encourage people to find out if they are eligible for benefits.
Whether you’re in work, unemployed or retired, you may be entitled to claim financial support. Advicelink Cymru, a Welsh Government-funded Citizens Advice service, is asking people to call a free helpline to claim what's theirs.
While it can be quite daunting to even know where and how to begin to check and apply for benefits, a service like Advicelink Cymru is here to help you navigate the claiming process, making it easier to access the financial support you are entitled to. It helped 62,000 people in Wales last year.
Financial worries can be incredibly stressful, and sometimes getting advice can provide a big relief – a problem shared is a problem halved. The knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable advisors at Advicelink Cymru are there to do just that. In fact, nine in 10 people who reached out to the service said that it helped them find a way forward.
The confidential service can be reached on 0800 250 5700, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
