Call for evidence – the UK’s performance under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
There is an opportunity to have a say on disabled people’s rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
In 2017 the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities will conduct its first examination of the UK, including Wales, looking at the steps it has taken to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of Disabled People.
Disability Rights UK and Disability Wales would like to hear from disabled people and people with long-term health conditions on how they think the UK, including Wales, is doing in upholding our rights under the Convention.
